Jeannette was lovely and I would recommend her in the areas she did, exfoliate and leg rub. There is a but. When I got there with Mum she neither cut nails as she said she wasn't insured and also she didn't paint nails, as they wouldn't dry in time. She offered me a partial refund, which I didn't take, but I think nails cut and filed and enough time for paint to set should and normally is part of a pedicure and it should have been very clear before we booked that it wasnt. It felt like we wasted our time and as mum needs her nails cut, We now have to book and pay again.
