I had a good experience last year, but this time it wasn’t as good. I liked getting my hair cut by the salon director. This time, I showed her a photo, and basically, she couldn’t do it the way it was in the photo. Well, what can you do after the haircut is already done? Honestly, I don’t even know what to say. I have mixed feelings. Not happy, not sad. Also, the prices keep changing, and I don’t know why. The menu says £48 for wash and finish, but by the end, I end up paying more.
