Jinwoo was absolutely amazing and gave me a fantastic haircut, exactly how I wanted it. He is an extremely patient listener and gives you enough time to explain yourself. Additionally, he comes across as very humble and gives you a sound opinion.

I showed clear photo references and gave both verbal and visual instructions for a fringe and long layers. What really frustrated me was that it should be common knowledge among professional stylists that hair length changes once it dries — it’s always shorter after drying. So I don’t understand why he cut my bangs at eye level while they were still wet. The result was thick, blunt bangs with no layering to frame my face. This is the worst experience I’ve had here.

I had a wash cut and blow dry with Hyunmin and I think it was the best cut I have ever had. My hair was long, damaged and scraggly and honestly I was embarrassed by the condition but she was nothing but kind and careful with it. I expected to have to argue to keep any length but I ended up encouraging her to trim more and the cut is genuinely perfect. Only annoyed at myself as she showed me a treatment I could use at home and I’ve forgotten what it was 😂 Thank you so much Hyunmin!
