Went here for my first perm experience. My hair turned out even better than the reference picture! Even though my procedure took longer than the estimated time Lucy still took the all the time I needed to explain the aftercare advice without rushing. Undeniable experts in Asian men's hair. Will definitely be revisiting for a touch up.

Natural hair color : dark brown
Last colored : June 2024 without bleach
Color request : light brown
Initially when i booked the appointment the price quoted for hair color was £140 and i had specifically requested no bleaching. Upon arrival i was told i couldnt get light brown hair i had to bleach and the now price is £260. I felt like i was forced to bleach so they can upsell as the end results werent what i wanted.
