I'm very disappointed with the service, the stylist was very polite however I went in for a standard half-head of highlights which took 4hrs (about twice as long as is average), the stylist was clearly in training and didn't know what she was doing and they offered me no reduction in price. I came away having spent £185 and 4hrs of my life with a weird brown/grey coloured hair - I am blond, I was there for blonde highlights!

I live abroad and plan my trips to London to coincide with my hair appointments with Veda! Veda is incredibly through and checks understanding through the whole perming process. She actually remembered what I had asked for from 6 months ago. If you're looking to do a Korean digital perm, then you can trust Veda to do a great job
