The salon director is the best. The haircut is excellent, and she helped me understand that a bob would not suit my face and helped me understand which haircuts would work. Plus she is very caring and sweet and has a heart of gold. Thank you so much!! I will keep hwaitinggg :)

Ladies' Hair Conditioning and Scalp Treatments
After requesting a white full head balayage and showing a variety of colours I wanted in 5 photos, I received a yellow/green dye to the root of hair. After two toners at risk of it going grey, the owner/manager said the hair looked fine and there was nothing more they could do. I was unhappy with the result and very upset my hair had been turned this colour. When I explained this I was intimidated by the manager, threatened that I was not allowed to leave and was reduced to tears whilst the manager aggressively spoke to me. When the manager asked to take a photo of my hair she insisted my face was in it despite me asking her not to take a photo of my face. I am distraught by the service I received and would never go to Jeju again because of this experience.
