Horrible experience. I paid an incredible amount of money and left with a bad haircut that very remotely resembled what I was after. I showed a picture of what I wanted going in, and was told it was no problem to achieve it so I had a cut and a perm... Now, I’m looking for another salon to try and fix it.

Definitely one of the best digital perms I’ve had (and I get this topped up every year). We consulted with each other throughout the process and we were on the same page the whole time. It was very speedy without taking away from quality.
