Miscommunication really despite me stating I wanted a balayage I got normal highlights that weren't executed very well. No toner applied, only for extra money even though I was left looking with yellow hair. When applying bleach, there was no foil which enddd uo getting all the smeel into my face. When asked to get foil at least to raise my hair away from my face, it sort of did help but not really. The haircut was meant to be layers, which I got but it was all choppy and doesn't look nicely done at all. The stylist was nice though.
Hair Colouring
Had a cut and blow dry with the Salon Director (who’s name I didn’t catch, sorry!). I have very thick, dry hair which is hard to cut and style and have had some awful hairdresser experiences over the years making me very fussy. This was my first time here and it really was perfect. Efficient without being rushed and the best hair cut and blow dry I’ve ever had. Thank you, I’ll definitely be back!
