I've had my haircut here a few times. The first time it was a really enjoyable experience, the lady took her time when washing my hair, I got a lovely head massage and she took her time during the haircut. The last time, I received a good hair cut but I felt it was rushed, received no head massage during the washing and she was really heavy handed during the blow dry. Only minor things, hence a 4* rather than 5*. Would definitely go back again.

Hair Colouring
The best haircut I've had in a very long time! Ryu was great - she knew exactly what would suit me and showed me how to dry my hair myself when I get home to keep it looking good. I'll definitely be back.
