I showed a reference photo. My haircut does not look anything like the photo. I asked not to cut too short and she buzzed it up really high. I decided not to let her cut the top because of how the sides came out. She proceeded to cut parts of it off anyway. I do not recommend this place. I paid the price of a senior stylist and this was extremely overpriced. I have genuinely gotten a better haircut from someone who charges £10.

Uncomfortable experience. Despite explaining multiple times that my hair is naturally wavy, not bleached, Hyunmin kept questioning it and making faces. The staff member washing my hair also made repeated comments about my hair being “dry,” which felt unnecessary and judgmental. The cold-water wash was explained, but it still added to the discomfort. I expect professionalism and understanding of different hair types, but I left feeling self-conscious.
