This was the worst haircut I have ever had. They charged me an additional 10 pounds on top of what I had paid on Treatwell, as my hair is very long.
She washed my hair with off smelling products and used her nails to separate my hair.
I asked for layers around my face, there are barely any.
She rough dryed my hair and then when I said I wanted it finished straight she used straighteners. The cut is completely unfinished and uneven. Treatwell have refused to give a refund. Terrible.
