I got a digital perm from Soh, and although he was kind and skilled at styling, he seemed unsure during the treatment and kept adjusting the curlers. I have had this treatment before, so I know what to expect. After the first wash, my curls are almost gone and parts of my hair are flat. The result did not match the reference photo I showed, which was of myself after a previous treatment. My hair looks healthier due to the Olaplex treatment, but I regret paying £220 for a perm that does not last
