The venue is lovely. I feel I had bad luck here- a trainee (I assume) took over an hr to give me peeling cuticles, unevenly cut nails and a lumpy manicure. Another member very generously offered to fix it & free one next time but I won't be back.

TThe manicure didn't last; it broke on three nails. That has never happened to me with a Shellac manicure.
