First visit to Jem Beauty Rooms but definitely won't be my last. Had a facial with Karen who was pleasant and professional and offered great advice on my skin type and skin care. The treatment room was comfortable and restful making the whole experience special. Have had many facials at different salons over the years but can honestly say that this was one of the best I've experienced.
