The hair cut is actually pretty bad. I came home realised that the front feathers are all uneven. I know I paid for a dry cut, but I have super straight hair, should some water not have been sprayed into damp the hair before the cut? It was not sectioned and feathers were not met at middle point to check the length was even both sides. I am sadly left with very short feathers at my ears length, when I asked for chin length, all wonky, and can do nothing but just wait for it to grow out now.

I absolutely love going to this salon they have such a wide choice of things from all hair and beautiful and I mean all even nails and Sunbeds and by the way nails and Sunbeds are absolutely amazing the atmospheric there is lovely every one is so friendly and I’m all ways laughing when can say enough how much I recommend jems salon definitely ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great experience, loved the cut blow-dry and perfectly blended balayaye, it was quite dark in comparison to what I wanted but still happy with the overall look!
One thing that should be improved is having clean hair brushes as I did notice most of them had a lot of old hair tangled in them so that's my only factor that I'd say needs looking at,
