My hair was totally ruined as i bleached it at home, i had more than 5 shades between orange and yellow on my head. Jem clearly told me what result could i achieve on the day, and she managed to fix and uniform the colour giving me a beautiful shade of blonde. It is difficult to find an hairdresser able to deal with hair colours and i"m happy i went in the right place. I also managed to do my nails whilst i was treating my hair. I couldn't ask more. Overly satisfied.
