Overall happy with my hair and how it looks, even after a couple of weeks now. The only negative was that on treatwell the times said 1h and 45mins (which I knew would take a little longer), but I was in the salon for nearly 3 and a half hours. Need to take more time into consideration next time.

At Jem’s Salon you always get a warm welcome by everyone it’s one big family, very comfortable atmosphere, good music in the background makes you want to go out. Staff are friendly, outgoing, bubbly. Easy to make conversation with, they take time to do your hair it’s not rushed, waited on hand and foot good treatment overall very happy :)
