I have been a client at Gem's for many years now & I can truly say this is a gem of a salon. I always feel relaxed in the salon as Gem & all the staff are both friendly & professional & the hair colouring & blowdrys are second to none! Gem & the staff certainly know their stuff when it comes to colouring, I always come out feeling happy with the end result. Gem's pricing is great value too, what's there not to like! I totally recommend!

Top notch! It was the first time for me at Jem's. My hair was totally ruined as i bleached it at home, i had more than 5 shades between orange and yellow on my head. Jem clearly told me what result could i achieve on the day, and she managed to fix and uniform the colour giving me a beautiful shade of blonde. It is difficult to find an hairdresser able to deal with hair colours and i"m happy i went in the right place. I also managed to do my nails whilst i was treating my hair. I couldn't ask more. Overly satisfied.
