I'm a first timer for anything cosmetic so I was nervous and Thalia really put me at ease. I have defined M shaped lips and was worried about them looking bunched up in the middle but she's done such a great job you can't even tell I've had work done. I'm covered in tattoos but actually have a low pain tolerance so the lips hurt like hell but she was understanding and patient with me. Didn't feel rushed at all. Can't wait to come back for other things!
