The treatment really helped to alleviate a long standing tension in my neck and shoulder. I would definitely recommend Jemma. She was very courteous and caring as well as efficient and skillful.

It was my first reflexology treatment, it was very relaxing and I am sure it helped me release some tension in my shoulders and hips. This brought much needed relief as I am 9 months pregnant.
