I’m so upset, when I walked In they looked at me as if I was lost, my hair cut is awful. They didn’t do my layers or my fringe they just did around my hair and oh my god it is so uneven I am now paying for another hairdress to fix it. I am heartbroken.

This a honest review. Bad haircut and doesn’t accept card. I had booked for wash and cut as treatwell says exceptional for haircut. I told that I wanted a pixie cut. They didn’t have trimmer or shaver so the edges were left rough not clean. The hair was cut uneven and had to go for another haircut. When I gave them £50 note she used a currency pen to check and said it was fake. She didn’t know how the pen works. There was no brown/black mark, so the note was good bank checked. Felt insulted.
