Haircut wasn’t great at all and hairdressers failed to do what was asked. Cleaning wasn’t great at all. Hairdressers would remove masks, and equipment and chairs weren’t cleaned between clients. I understand they were busy but cleaning should be done. No air circulation in the salon either, quite stuffy.

The venue was very clean and the interior was very beautiful. Everything was available during your wait; seating, chargers and refreshments.
It was very organised and hygienic.
She gave good advice with the treatment she provided, and always recommended and assured her clients with every step she made with the process.

The lady doesn't know how to extract blackheads. She didn't remove mine properly and it ended up becoming a very red painful spot which has left a mark.
