I asked for long layers and showed a picture. I just have one layer now and bangs. She cut my hair straight across as if it is chopped off, no technique used. Half of ny hair is uneven and I had to come home and fix it myself. I especially got my hair cut here after looking at the reviews but I regret it so much.
