Jenelle was very professional whilst being very easy to talk to, friendly and kind. My daughter (12) can be a bit shy. Jenelle had great ideas and explained what she was doing and what she felt would be good for my daughter’s hair and what would suit her best etc.
My daughter’s hair looked amazing; so shiny and felt so healthy and the cut was just great👌👍 My daughter was very pleased! Thanks Jenelle , you are a star! We will definitely come back!
