I booked the appointment on 26th November 2018 and there were lots of appointment slots available. I received a reminder from Treatwell the day before my appointment. I turned up on time and was still waiting 15 minutes after the due time. When I queried Jennie told me she had sent me a text some days earlier to say the salon was too busy and she couldn't fulfil my appointment. I never received the text as it was sent to my landline! My impression is that she could make more money from shorter multiple appointments which were made after I had made mine and she decided to cancel me without ringing and speaking to me directly.
