Great place.the staff are great and yhe work is really good.
Great place. Love coming to this nail salon
I had a manicure and pedicure at Jennifers. The salon was clean, had a good range of colours and the staff were friendly. Unfortunately following the treatments the cuticles of three fingers were cut which was very sore over the following days . After the pedicure two toes had the the cuticles cut and I also had three cuts/gashes on the sole of one foot which was extremely painful.
Very friendly as always Easy access parking ok Very professional and quick Lots of colours to choose from
One thing I've learnt from using Treatwell is TRUST the reviews. I had a full set of acrylics done at the place and I've had many through my life cheap (£10) all the way to expensive (£35) and this by FAR was one of the worst if not the worst experience I've ever had. I booked my appointment through treatwell and even confirmed by calling the venue. Got there at 12.55 so I can start my treatment at 1 o'clock and only started my treatment about 1.45. The girl had no idea what to do. All I wanted was acrylic nails with white tips and pink overlay. The girl said to me that they didn't do this so I have to change what I wanted. My question is why? All you would have to do is put a light pink nail polish on white French tips. I ended up just getting white French tips. If you thought the first bit was bad get this. The girl had to remove the nail tip extensions 3 TIMES!!! Fist time she did it she put clear tip and then remembered i wanted white tips so she removed them and put white tips. After she applied the white tips she just began cutting them short but she didn't ask me how short I wanted them so I told her this isn't what I wanted and she apologised to me and put on new tips. When she began to apply the acrylic it looked clear to my she had no idea what she was doing. She was applying very inconsistent beads of acrylic i still have beads of acrylic behind my finger nails where the acrylic just seeped in. At the end I just wanted to get out so I left as soon as she applied the clear coat. It was a week or so where the acrylic was starting to come off. I will not be coming back to this venue and suggest you dont either.
