I’ve only had a manicure done once before. The other place I went to didn’t prep my hands before the manicure the way the employee at Jennifer nails did. My hands were very dry because of the filing and at jennifers nails they applied lotion with a little hand massage and it took me by surprise but a good way obviously. That was a big plus for me because the dryness was irritating.

Some nails had been done properly and the others weren’t so great. Nail art was okay but they don’t have many options to choose from, not worth the price in my opinion
