First man who served me (I assume he was a trainee) kept putting anti-septic on my cuticle when it bled. This stung too much and made the experience unpleasant. A second person came to takeover the manicure.
Luckily, the manager saw and offered me £5 off my next appointment and some moisturiser as an apology. Which was much appreciated.
I will come back again to give Jennifer Nails Colindale another chance, but not sure if I’d recommend it to others yet.

It's my second time visiting this nail shop and the service and results are good. I had ombre nails and was advised on what colours would suit me as well as the appropriate length and shape. Overall, l'm pleased with the results.
