I absolutely loved my experience. the staff were thoughtful and polite. I haven’t felt any discomfort during the procedure, it was done very fast.

The treatment was excellent and I do not fault it. I would highly recommend it. My only criticism is the attititude from one of the staff. I was initially seen by a lovely girl who was very friendly. I was then 'swapped' with another member of staff who seemed a bit resentful I had booked and paid through Treatwell and not in cash directly to them: she made this point twice. I felt like she thought I was nuisance and wanted to get me out as soon as possible; this put a bit of dampener on the experience however I am very happy with the treatment
