I've been to Jennifer's a few times and definitely prefer it to the Edgware salon. My nails always look good. However, the customer service can be better in terms of friendliness.

The only positive thing about this experience was that the lady put some glue on my broken nail as requested. I could of removed the gel myself much better. I use to come to this place often but never again...So rude and making faces at me all the time I had to pick up the file at the end to actually finish off one of my nails myself. I will be sure that none of my friends will be visiting again.
