Overall, a very underwhelming experience! Despite arriving on time, I was made to wait for 30 minutes, which resulted in the appointment taking twice as long as expected. The nail techs were neither welcoming or friendly, and I felt uncomfortable.

Time keeping and management wasn’t the best at first, even though I booked appointment I was waiting for 20minutes. But after I told them I was rushing they did the job quickly and effectively and pulled back the lost time! Nails are lovely
