I’ve been once before in Nov and paid by bank transfer. I paid today using the same bank details but the salon is denying the existence of this acct and asked me to pay to a diff acct which I did. I’ve now paid twice, the bank confirmed that the 1st acct I paid today was the same as Nov one which JN accepted. Today they’re denying it’s their acct though they admit I was at the salon that day in Nov. They’re refusing to refund me the first payment.

my nails don't completely blend over where my other set had grown out because of the colour change, but only noticeable to me, overall like them and thought the service was good.

Absolutely ridiculous place. Never ever going there anymore. She made my nails very ugly and refused to correct them on the next day. I told her I need to go to work, she said if I can't stay now for correction tomorrow will charge me same price.
