I booked this place for my mum after going there a couple of times myself and being generally happy with my nails. However they did not meet her expectations unfortunately, the pedicure was lazy and she had to ask for the lady to remove the dead skin. For £27 they need to do a better job. Her nail extensions were not bad however they did not clean the cuticles.

I usually love the results from here but for some reason this time I have come out very disappointed. I got infills done and asked for the same shape just a little shorter, as they’d grown out. The technician cut my finger nails so short that she couldn’t do the shape I wanted and now they look so cheap. I look as though I have stick in kids nails which are really thick. I asked for my toe nails to be shorter and kept saying how much I don’t like long toe nails, but they were still so long!
