Venue had no atmosphere, there was a muted TV with news on that couldn't been from my spots. No chat from staff to engage in. Manicure was competent but basic. I had to work hard to get attention at the end to check that they had dried, under dryer and had to ask for cuticle oil. Felt very impersonal however polish was applied well and nails shaped as I had asked.

i had a pedicure, L was friendly and offer me the massage chair , whe he finished he told me to wait to let the nails dry but he never came to check .

Overall good and efficient service. Nail colour did not quite cover the edges of the nails. I didn’t spot it while at the salon and I’m sure they will rectify it if I did
