It’s my local nail place and I usually recommend this place for A class nail service. I am slightly disappointed in the way my pedicure and manicure is done. I have been it with worse sole and this time I had slightly rough feet, you would hope it would be filed and remove the dead skin but no effort was made. I feel the pedicure was rushed and leaving me slightly disappointed and feeling I lost out on what I wanted to achieve.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon after being a loyal customer for nearly two years. I was denied the option to pay via bank transfer, despite hearing another customer being given that choice. When I said I’d go get cash, I was told to leave my phone behind, which was embarrassing and felt discriminatory. I was made to feel like I couldn't be trusted. I hope the management addresses this unacceptable treatment to prevent it from happening again.
