Had booked through treatwell and when I turned up was made to wait thirty minutes after my appointment time so the nail tech could assist a walk in client. Had nails 5 days before they started pinging off despite overpaying for what I got. When called up and asked for a refund the refused to give. When in the salon I just felt like an inconvenience to them despite being an (over) paying customer. Not only this but they added an extra price after they had finished with no warning. Don’t recommend
