The venue is easy to find, very close to Ladbroke tube station, located inside the fitness centre.
Jenny is very welcome, chatty and bubbly. She's got a lovely personality and she worked fast and well.
I'm happy about my treatment and can definitely recommend the waxing.
Jenny Lee is absolutely lovely. She makes her own products,and used these during the treatment. The facial wasn't very hands on, more about steaming and masks - I prefer lots of cleansing and massage etc but that's just my personal choice. At the end she gave me a little goodie bag of her products which was a really nice touch.
My rating says it all, I think. Also, i was not offered the treatment I chose. Gown was not clean and I was only given the steam on one side of my face!!
Jenny is very nice. Visiting her is like having a manicure in your aunties kitchen. Cash in the Attic kept us company while Jenny used the harshest emery board to ruin my nails. For a Gelish manicure just the shine has to be taken off the nail bed but I had to tell Jenny to stop sanding because she hurt me. I should have left then and was stupid not to.
There was no soaking or washing or rinsing because Jenny had no intention of doing anything with my cuticles or the huge amount of dust left on the nail when she applied the basecoat which meant that my nails were a total mess. I had to have another manicure 3 days later and they were shocked at the state of my natural nails, left fragile and thin after Jenny's carelessness.
I'm now having to keep my nails short until the entire nailplate re-grows - as the nail grows over my fingertip it just bends and pulls the rest of my nail back. So for the 15 mins that Jenny took to ruin my nails I'll now have to wait 3 or 4 months until I can grow them.
Jenny works under a not-very-clean fluorescent light which meant it was impossible to choose a nail colour properly. This is Jenny's second home rather than a place where professional, careful treatments are offered. I had to give a final 'Overall satisfaction' rating in order to post but this place doesn't even make 1 star.
Lovely facial, smashing chat with Jenny, skin felt amazing that day and the day after. Reduced all of the blemishes I had just in time for my wedding! Jenny makes her own products organically, and is obviously quite a talent.
