Jenny was very friendly, made me feel welcome and comfortable. It was a good experience and didnt hurt as much as expected!! Jenny was very professional and I would definitley recommend her services.
I really enjoyed Jenny's company and the treatment I had, a galvanic facial. I can truly say, this was the best facial I got in the UK. Jenny makes her own creams and cleansers, which is rare to find. No chemicals and unhealthy ingredients used here. Nice atmosphere, quiet location, had a really relaxing and cleansing time. I even received a goody bag after my facial, which included a face cream, a mask, a cleansing cream and a candle. All home made. Soon you might find her products on the shelves. Highly recommended!
Very happy with the level of service I recieved from Jenny Lee, shes very good and doesn't try and sell you unnecessary treatments. It was the first time I've had a facial and I would definately go back to her again. no complaints whatsoever :)
The location is in a Health Club under the Westway in trendy Portobello which is fun, and
inside her calm salon room it is far away from any bustle. Jenny Lee is exceptionally welcoming and friendly.
She described the 5 different facials pointing out their actions so that it was easy to choose
the one that suited my skin. I really felt relaxed and the facial was excellent and very professional.
She told me about each product and method as she did it and by the end I had drifted off into a blissful snooze.
What was the marvellous surprise was that as well as a glowing complexion she gave me a complimentary
range of day cream, exfoliating cream, cleansing masque, and even a scented candle.
I was astonished by her kind generosity and really appreciated it. This was certainly fantastic value.
Jenny was amazing. Made me feel welcome and relaxed from the second I walked in the door. She is a professional through and through, told me what she was using and explained everything thoroughly. I felt totally relaxed. When I was leaving she gave me a gift bag with a facial scrub, clay mask and day cream as well as a hand made candle. All the products are organic and felt fantastic on my skin. I would recommend this salon to anyone.
