Jess was great. She was super warm and friendly upon arrival but also did a great job with the waxing. Painful, but thats because I waited too long! She also explained to me the direction of hair growth and the technical reasons for keeping on top of waxing. The salon was really clean and super cute. It is her salon so it's a very private experience. She also has this adorable dog named Charlie who hangs around and greets everyone!
