I’d done highlights with Jessica before and just like the last time, she did an amazing job. She mixes colours tailor made to suit my hair colour and it comes out perfectly!
I also had a haircut and absolutely loved it. It’s the first time someone has managed to cut my hair the way I really wanted it in decades of being in London. I have thick long hair and Jess managed to make it look bouncy and light and yet still voluminous. She’s amazing 😊

I had an amazing experience with Jess at Glam & Go! From start to finish, the service was exceptional. The haircut was exactly what I wanted — precise, flattering, and beautifully styled. But the real highlight was the blow dry — absolutely outstanding! My hair looked so smooth, bouncy, and shiny, and it stayed that way for days. Jessica did a really amazing job toning down my much too bright blonde (that I'd had done elsewhere) back to a colour that suited me much better. She took the time to listen to what I wanted, and was able to advise what might work. I'm genuinely so happy with how it turned out! Not only is the colour just right, but she left my hair feeling smoother and softer than when I came in. Also, despite the autumnal weather at the moment, the blow dry has lasted me 3 days and it still looks great.

The haircut was for my daughter who is 10 and has some traits that prevent her from wanting change but Jess was fantastic and my daughter absolutely loved her and felt comfortable and happy throughout the brushing and cutting which is a first time for her.
