Jessica did a really amazing job toning down my much too bright blonde (that I'd had done elsewhere) back to a colour that suited me much better. She took the time to listen to what I wanted, and was able to advise what might work. I'm genuinely so happy with how it turned out! Not only is the colour just right, but she left my hair feeling smoother and softer than when I came in. Also, despite the autumnal weather at the moment, the blow dry has lasted me 3 days and it still looks great.

The haircut was for my daughter who is 10 and has some traits that prevent her from wanting change but Jess was fantastic and my daughter absolutely loved her and felt comfortable and happy throughout the brushing and cutting which is a first time for her.
