I decided to pay a visit due to the reviews. I was very disappointed for several reasons.
First of all, my appointment was cancelled on the day an hour before the scheduled time but I understand that it was the humidity that had an affect on the glue, however I was also told that I won’t be able to come to the ilford branch but it’ll have to be the green street branch which is such a pain because that area is very hard to find parking and I couldn’t book an alternative place for my lashes because I was going on holiday within the next couple of days. Moving forward, I went there was kindly greeted and was given my options.
Although it said the treatment would take up to 1 hour and 45 minutes, I was laid on my back for almost over 3 hours. At some point I just wanted to get up and leave as it was taking so long, but then I remember it’s my money that’s going towards this and thought to myself the end result will hopefully be worth it. But it wasn’t. My eyelashes looked uneven and there were gaps, I notified them so another woman took over as the initial woman was very slow, but then it seemed super rushed since their closing time had exceeded by 45 minutes. I’ve had lashes done many times previously so I’m very aware of the aftercare, despite following the aftercare my lashes on the eye that felt rushed towards the end had fallen out already, and by day 3 I’d at 60% of my lashes on the right eye had fallen whilst 30% on the left eye had also fallen. It’s not even reached 2 weeks yet and the lashes on my left eye, 95% have already fallen.
I am truly disappointed.
