There's always room for improvement. Service was friendly but the overall finishing effect could have been alot better. I was disappointed with the end result as it did not have a clean finish, hence why their is room for improvement.

This was to be my second visit to Jessey, the first, I was left waiting for an hour despite having booked an appointment in advance and this time, the appointment was cancelled just one hour before I was due to go by a text message. I booked this in advance of going on holiday so have been let down (completely understand if the lash expert isn’t feeling too well) but more heads up would have been good or a reply to my message asking if anyone else was available.
