I got a call half an hour before appointment to ask if I could come in 15-30 minutes later than my prebooked time. A little annoying as I didn’t really want a later appointment. I came in half an hour later as requested and still had to wait around for 5 minutes. The treatment itself was good however. The manicure in particular was carried out with care and attention to detail. I was a little disappointed with the choice of colours (lots to choose from but I didn’t really like many of them in all honesty). I had the delux manicure which was carried out with care and I was allowed to see colours on nail before choosing which was a nice thing to offer. I would rate the care and skill in carrying out manure top notch but I wouldn’t return simply because I didnt find choice of colours to my taste (I do enjoy switching up colour each visit so would be unlikely to do this here with current nail colours)
