When I did the Hollywood waxing, someone just opened the door. The manager said it was a customer who opened the door by mistake but they should lock the door anyway. They did apologise to me but the person or the owner was just sitting there and saying sorry to me. I felt very angry and I think it’s a big issue but I didn’t see the shop take the problem seriously.
Also, it was the most painful waxing I have ever done.

I had full face threading with eyebrows included. This was my first time with Hetal and I’m really pleased with the experience. I absolutely love my eyebrows - Hetal was extremely meticulous and made sure they were perfect. With the full face threading she paid attention to detail and made sure I was comfortable. I will definitely be going back to see Hetal, she knows what she’s doing
