I'm Jess the face to Jessica Bower Wellness, I thought it would be a good idea to introduce myself and tell you a little bit about me and what I do. I have been in the Wellness industry for 15+ years, specialising in holistic therapies and skincare. Spending the last 10 years of my career in management and training roles, I finally made the decision to take the plunge and set up on my own. Over the years I have attended regular courses and CPD training to expand my skills and knowledge within the industry. I have a passion for skincare and women’s health, I offer a range of Therapies, to support through Cancer Care, Menopause, Weight Management, Mental Health, Hormone Health, Pre/postnatal care and Overall Wellbeing.
