What a fabulous experience. A lovely, friendly experience. Sarah was lovely & my daughter loved her haircut & commented on how much she enjoyed her scalp massage during her hair wash. We will definitely be returning.

I was very clear in what I wanted and I knew how much my hair could take as I wanted to go as light as possible however, I ended up leaving with dark brown highlights, not a balayage. I didn’t want a subtle look but that’s what I got. Ended up paying an extra £10 as well for the toner which should’ve been included in the service. Overall, wasted £100 as I didn’t get what I wanted in the slightest.
