I was very clear in what I wanted and I knew how much my hair could take as I wanted to go as light as possible however, I ended up leaving with dark brown highlights, not a balayage. I didn’t want a subtle look but that’s what I got. Ended up paying an extra £10 as well for the toner which should’ve been included in the service. Overall, wasted £100 as I didn’t get what I wanted in the slightest.

Lovely but hair went flat within an hour of leaving the salon. Also few old hairs noticed in straighteners which weren’t removed prior to using on me.
