Jessica was a really sweet and friendly girl but unfortunately this was one of the worst waxes I’ve had. I’d booked strip wax (which I’ve had many successful Hollywood’s with) which she told me was basic useless and should pay the extra to upgrade to hot wax, which I did but at £35 for a salon in Walthamstow I feel is a little much. The wax was far too hot which I mentioned but it obviously takes a while to cool after adjusting the temperature so we carried on, while the same bits were waxed over and over again - i’m now left with burns. I wasn’t asked to check after she finished (and she stayed in the room to clear up while I got changed so I felt a little rushed) but when I got home I noticed great big patches of hair that had been missed. The whole thing took about an hour as well and the treatment room was boiling! Overall I wouldn’t recommend and I found the salon itself really unfriendly and uninviting; I walked in to blank stares and when I said I was there for a treatment I was just told to ‘sit’.

Had eyelashes done for a Wedding in Italy over the weekend - they stayed on the whole trip which included me jumping in the sea and in the pool. Jessica did a great job and I got lots of compliments!
