I had a lovely experience - sadly, having gotten my eyelashes done for my birthday, they proceeded to fall out the morning after, after curling them which was advised by the beauty therapist. Despite this, they looked lovely the day I got them done.

Really lovely lady who did the wax - done very quickly with very little pain.

Jessica was very polite and nice, her attitude was really positive and she made sure I was feeling comfortable.
However, there were few issues that weren’t her fault but which contributed to the overall experience, eg the face towels didn’t have very nice smell and I couldn’t really relax because of it.
