Very good salon, I've been going here for eyebrows for a long time, every time it's perfect. The staff is very friendly and professional. The salon is nice and tidy. Everything is great!

Went to get a bob. Guided her as to how short I want it (ending exactly at the chin)
However while chopping, she cut the left right fine but 1 inch shorter and uneven on the right side.
When pointed it out, her solution was to chop the left side shorter as well (right under the cheek)
Told her it will look funny & asked her to stop. she never apologised either.
I think this could have been avoided if she focused on the cut instead of the talking to her colleague THE WHOLE TIME!
