I am appalled and disgusted by the treatment I received at this salon. Everything that could have gone wrong, did, and I have received zero support since. Jewela has ignored my WhatsApp messages, and clearly has zero regard for the treatment of her customers. I will NEVER book here again, and will strongly recommend to everyone NOT to bother!
Terrible equipment, awful techniques, abhorrent treatment outcomes (burnt underarms, damaged nails and toenails, leg + back pain from their chairs…)

The shape of my eye brows was great but they ended up being too dark for me (I have a pale face). Eye lashes were great.
However the service itself was quite poor. The lady kept talking on the phone while tinting; after threading I was left with a few spots around my eyebrows; it was my first time doing the eyelashes tint (I told the lady about that) yet I was not instructed to keep my eyes closed while removing the tint. As a result tint got into my eyes which wasn’t really pleasant.
