The service was extremely bad. I went fro threading and clearly told that please remove extras. She removed so much that now I look like a different person!

Rumi did a great job with my hair and I was very happy with my blow-dry. The only remark I have - I did book in advance, but still had to wait 20 min, so this wasn't ideal as I was in a hurry and had to catch a flight later that day. So hope they can improve their timings and prioritize the clients when they have booked online. Otherwise very happy with their service and prices and will be going again when I need.
