Hairdresser was 20 mins late for the appointment. Haircut turned out far too short and choppy at the front despite asking for only minor framing around the face and long layers at the back

I would like to admit that the atmosphere is very friendly, but apart from that I am disappointed with my pedicure, and I strongly believe that I could do it better by myself. It was definitely too long, nail polish chip on almost all of my nails.
