I have had the worst experience at this place. Do not waste your money and try this place out. Extremely unprofessional staff. Rude and does not take pride in the work they do. The lady did a full face thread and underarm wax and I left with lots of hair still on my face and underarm. The lady refused to apply wax more than twice under my arm and refused to remove excess hairs. The threading was harsh on my face and she kept breaking the cotton on my face. Left with a red face and burning underarms as well as face. There was residue wax under my arms that caused my armpits to stick together and overall a very very uncomfortable experience. Rather pay extra and go to another reputable salon for these services
