I had a full face wax which was terrible. I have been burnt on both my cheeks with skin ripped off. When I pointed this out, the therapist did not apologise and just dabbed water on the area. This will leave horrible scabs and scar. I advise everyone to steer clear of this awful place.

The lady that did the manicure was nice but I don't think the salon has a lot of experience in manicure. Not very satisfied with the result.

I had the natural eyelash extensions done and while they were done beautifully and the experience was lovely, I think the eyelashes used are too thin which makes them barely visible. I think the fact that not every eyelash had one applied - like I usually have other specialists do them - contributes to a little underwhelming result. There was still time left of my appointment so there would have been time to fill them in, I think it was just not intended to, which is a shame.
